Martin Bhatia

Martin is the owner of the development company. His experience started in Chicago's westside managing and developing investment properties. After a couple of years in the industry Martin discovered the world of green development and construction. He learned quickly that if he was going to take this on, he was going to have to do it himself. After a long process of leaving the company he worked for Om Development was born.

Since then Martin has practiced techniques on the first couple of buildings until he achieved his first certified building a single family home in Bronzeville at 4227 S. St. Lawrence. Now Martin in conjunction with his team is currently completing 4 condos in East Roger's Park. With 3 more projects in the planning stage, Om Development will have completed over a dozen high performance homes by the end of 2008.

Bill Youngs

Bill got his start in the mortgage world, and slowly tranisitioned into Om Development and most recently has helped start Om Homes our construction company. Bill's background is finance and construction. This super detail oriented individual is in charge of field operations, and is helping cut our costs of construction by being innovate in our construction practices.

Bill's passion for quality and performance drives him to steadily improve the practices of construction and the performance of our end product. Om Development and Om Homes is greatful that he is a part of the team, and looks forward to his creative influence on all future projects.
