Om Development single family home projects will be launching in 2008.

As we put together our plan sets for single family homes in Chicago, we'll be focusing on creating a base product that has a structure that is high performance and ready to go for Chicago construction.

These plan sets will be a starting point for the development of our first set of single family homes. Many will be built as spec homes all over Chicago proper, and other sets will be adjusted for a particular home buyer. 

Om Development will be launching a Cradle to Cradle consulting package for people that want to develop their own home that is energy efficient, high quality, and healthy to live in. Not to mention cost effective for its operation and solid in its appreciation.
