We can assist an owner in seeking financing by preparing the owner with the necessary documentation, information, and realistic scope based on their own personal situation.

We will get you to your permit with your financing making sure you are prepared for the next steps in the process. In particular we help you figure out how to use your construction budget. There are four primary phases of consulting that we do, but we often find that the first phase is enough to get the home owner on the right path to successful project.

What's the catch? We only do this with property owners that intend on building a project that in the very least meets Energy Star's baseline requirements for a high performance home.
