OM Development has responded by creating a method of helping an owner get from their concept of the project to tangible results through management of the entire process.
Many people don't realize how difficult the process of developing a property can be, and our goal is to make sure the owner is making the right decision. Our process to do this is not the standard for the industry. What's the difference?
Our process includes the use of our many resources to determine the market and potential scope of the project based on a full market analysis. We can assist an owner in seeking financing by preparing the owner with the necessary documentation, information, and realistic scope based on their own personal situation.
We will get you to your permit with your financing making sure you are prepared for the next steps in the process. In particular we help you figure out how to use your construction budget. There are four primary phases of consulting that we do, but we often find that the first phase is enough to get the home owner on the right path to successful project.
What's the catch? We only do this with property owners that intend on building a project that in the very least meets Energy Star's baseline requirements for a high performance home.
